We are Chris and Sophie. We are a brother and sister photography team. We make up Two Kin photography. First of all, We believe that all love is love. We are LGBTQ friendly and beyond. All stories matter. And we freakin love telling stories!

We love being together no matter what we are doing. We are a bit weird and a bit awkward. And we love to to embrace our weirdness. It makes life more fun. Sometimes we laugh at the most ridiculous thing and sometimes we dance for no reason at all. We love being creative and thinking differently about the world. We search for the good and the beauty in things ever if it is sometimes difficult to do so.

We love stories. You may see that word a bit too much while you are browsing our website. But, story is everything to us. We believe that everyone has a story. A story that makes them unique and a story that matters. We believe that the world is a much better place when we listen to each others stories. Our stories are not perfect, but they make us who we are. Sophie and I love finding the real story of people and being able to tell those stories in a creative and honest way. 

A few years ago we both developed a passion for photography. Almost on accident. And eventually people started asking us to tell their stories. We could have never guessed where it would take us. Something pretty cool happens when the two of us create together. We are both creative people on our own but when we work together, we can be creative on a whole other level. We are not perfect. We make mistakes. But we have a lot of fun and we work really hard. We laugh a lot. We wear our hearts on our sleeves. You usually know if we like a shot we took or not. I sometimes pump my fist when I get a cool shot and Sophie sometimes makes this little squeal when she likes a photo. We love people, we love each other, and we love stories.
